Job Description:
 A provider of turnkey network deployment services seeks a Project Manager I with 3+ years of experience in wireless/telecommunications industry. The candidate guides projects to successful completion while producing satisfied customers, maintaining profit margin and facilitating team growth. The scope of responsibility includes staff, budget, schedule and quality. Directly accountable for the completion of the established project goals by insuring tasks and client deliverables are accomplished within the defined time frame and budget parameters. Provide direction and address issues for project team members, understanding their unique, and complimentary roles, interdependencies and responsibility of each within the project framework. Coordinate initial project set-up, and work plans for each phase of project. Interview and assign project personnel with VP of Project Management or VP of Deployment approval. Direct activities of project staff to outline work plan and coordinate assigned duties, responsibilities and schedule to ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget. Ensure the link between the customer and company is maintained providing timely, tactful and accurate information. Assist business development department during the RFP process and development of contracts related to projects. Interpret contracts, communicate scope of work and develop schedule forecast and project execution plan. Develop budget and staffing plan for new projects. Document and report project deliverables to senior management communicating time frame and procedures for accomplishing project goals and allotment of available resources through various phases of the project. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience is required. 4+ years of experience as a project manager leading large concurrent projects and formal training and/or certification in Project Management methodology and tools, PMI Certification preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Proficiency in Visio is desired. Understanding of a LAN/Workgroup environment, Microsoft Outlook and Internet is required. Ability to travel is needed.
