Job Description:
 A Fortune 500 company seeks a Financial Analyst with 5+ years of related financial experience. The candidate will support all FP&A activities for all departments within StubHub. Primary responsibilities include financial management for all the business units, system support and database maintenance for Finance. The candidate will be the primary interface with all business units to coordinate all activities related to monthly close, profit planning, file transfer and data synchronization. Coordinate all activities relating to financial and operational planning, forecasting and reporting functions for all business units, ensuring that their business and profit plans are consistent with company goals and objectives. Assist in the production of monthly financial results reporting, expense/headcount/capital forecasts, and other essential diagnostic reports to management. Perform monthly accruals. Assist with month-end analyses, variance reporting and investigation. Assist in the purchase order approval process, and track all purchase requests against budget to ensure spending is within parameters. Responsible for the control/actual/budget/forecast file setup and maintenance. Develop new formula and update calculations and database logic to support changes in business conditions. Lead report automation effort, evaluating alternative systems, programs and tools. The candidate should have Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business or related field. Should have prior hands-on closing experience and working with accounting systems.
