A leading mail order-pharmacy operations seeks a Customer Service Manager preferably with 3+ years’ related management experience in a customer service environment. The candidate will be responsible for achieving quality, efficiency and turnaround goals; ensuring that all processes remain compliant; conducting supervisor team meetings and one-on-one sessions; forecasting and developing operating plans for the department. Participating on project teams with other customer service managers to improve quality and processes throughout the organization. Interacting with teammates in a participative management environment. Establishing goals and objectives for customer service supervisors. The preferred candidate should have College degree. Should have experience in coaching, counseling, and supervising employees. Experience in forecasting, developing operating plans and ability to analyze productivity related statistics is essential. Requires knowledge of pharmacy operations with research and correspondence experience preferred.
