Job Description:

A healthcare center seeks a Center Director. The candidate will be responsible for human resource management, patient care and financial management of the care center. Recruit and hire qualified employees and manage all care center human resource processes. Ensure there are short and long-term care plans in place for all patients. Monitor patient outcomes. Manage the financial operation of the care center to meet budgetary indicators. Ensure a safe and sanitary physical environment within the care center. Collaborate with the Regional Director and Center Support Services in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Insurance. Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program is required. RN license in state of practice is needed. CNN is preferred or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field or business administration. The RN candidate will have 1+ years of nursing experience and 6 months of dialysis nursing care or 18 months of nursing care of the dialysis patient; and candidates other than RN, must have 2+ years of managerial experience and/or experience in treatment of ESRD patient.
