Job Description:
Manages projects involving the assessment, selection and application of transportation technologies in the region. Assists in the determination of development strategies and evaluation criteria. 2. Applies project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to meet project requirements for quality, scope, time and cost. Tracks and reports project activities to the Manager of Engineering and Technology. 3. Applies systems engineering and transportation planning knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to identify and achieve the technical and user requirements of proposed technology initiatives. 4. Assists in the operations and maintenance of ITS hardware and software components such as servers, websites, databases, and electronic display devices. 5. Coordinates and collaborates with Service Boards and other transportation entities for evaluation and regional integration of new technologies.
