Job Description:
Estimator / Project Manager - Northeast, Ohio
Candidate must have an Associates Degree or =.
Candidate must have AutoCAD 2008 Lt.
Candidate must have experience in custom cabinetry / casework.
Client will consider 1 person for both positions but prefers 1 for each.
They will also consider mix matching skills. If a person fits the Estimator position then they will fit around that person.
Candidate should have experience with MS Office, Excell & MS Project.
Estimator / Project Managers duties:
Develop accurate takeoffs from architectural blueprints.
Manage shop drawings and sample submission process.
Order materials as needed for manufacture of products.
Prepare schedules and coordinate manufacturing to ensure that production and quality of products meets specifications.
Coordinate shipment and delivery of work to job site.
Mange costs and ensure projects are completed under budget........etc.
Salary Range: $45K - $60K per yr.
