Job Description:
Technical Support Engineer - Northeast, Ohio
Candidate must have Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.
Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in field service or analyzer use/maintenance.
Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. English is required; bilingual is a plus.
Requires a solid understanding of gas analysis coupled with the capability to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of the Division's product line and systems offered.
Must have working knowledge of PCs, Microsoft office products, AutoCAD software programs.
The candidate will be the primary technical contact for customers. He/she will be the liaison for customers with sales, field service, etc. He/ she will also have to follow the project from the proposal to the Post-Shipment support.
Salary Range: $45K - $60K per yr.
