Job Description:

Well-developed interpersonal skills are helpful in this team-oriented setting, as is the ability to liaise with upper level management and key customers. 5 years of customer service supervisory experience in the consumer products industry is strongly preferred. Computer proficiency using MS Office and a BS/BA degree are required. Operate as the front line of the Logistics departments an integral supervisor in distributor logistics, acting as the liaison between the department and upper management in order processing and reporting. Coach, mentor and develop two customer service coordinators, along with a successful customer service team to meet and exceed all department metrics and goals. Manage new orders, facilitate order changes, and assist with backorders and replacements of products. Work alongside supply chain managers, demand planners, forecasting analysts, and the logistics and finance departments to ensure product availability, on-time delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
