Automation Engineer –
Currently looking for an Automation Engineer. This individual will perform engineering tasks associated with quoting, designing, and implementing systems into the liquid dairy, beverage, and food industry.
Responsibilities:
Analysis, system design and creates original or modifies existing HMI, database and PLC Programs to meet project requirements
• Interface with account managers and customers to assess the customer requirements and thereby create cost effective quotations.
• Coordinates electrical design with panel suppliers and analyze and assess quality control.
• Provides ongoing customer support & troubleshooting as necessary
• Conduct automation training for customer personnel on systems/modules.
Executes startup and commissioning of systems/modules in conjunction with Process Engineer.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Software Engineering.
Professional Skills and Experience:
3-7 years of:
• PLC Programming (RSLogix) and HMI programming
• Programming in Visual Basic or .Net and basic DB/SQL experience
• Knowledge within Windows Server and network design
• Electrical Engineering experience
• Rockwell PLC, Visual Basic, RSBatch or possibly similar tools
• Start-up & Commissioning, Project Management
