Successful candidates will have performed in a key role as a supervisor and demonstrate the capability to supervise a call center that fields facility related calls and requests from 300 facilities located nationally. This role will be a shared role with another Supervisor, Call Center, in order to provide full coverage for the 12 person 24x7x363 call center resulting in excellent customer satisfaction and rapid response rates. Selected candidates will manage a team, interface with client leaders, and provide all detailed reporting metrics. Performance Responsibilities include:* Create, maintain, and disseminate Call Center Staff schedule* Participate in the recruitment and selection of replacement call center staff as needed* Provide initial and ongoing training of call center staff* Verify and approve subcontractor staff time* Oversee subcontractor Accounts Payable process
