National company with office in South Shore has partnered with Robert Half International to assist them with Call Center Supervisor position. This Call Center Supervisor will be overseeing their Retirement Plan Services Participant Call Center. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee the 2nd shift (12-8) of representatives to attend all incoming calls of the Retirement Plan Participants. Skills: This position requires experience with Retirement plan services. 2+ years of Call Center experience is required and NASD Series 6 & 63 licenses. Language requirements:
