Responsibilities: - Provide technical expertise in Service Now software and design, and implementation of Service Now product for the Corporate Facility Event Management Process.- Review existing process specifications and requirements.- Develop Design Document which can be implemented from the Corporate Event Management Process diagrams.- Develop detailed design documents from Corporate Event Management data maps, data dictionary and requirements. As needed, write detailed design documentation incorporating user-needs, program functions and steps required to modify/enhance the Service Now product.- Based on the Detailed Design Document, code Service Now vendor software to integrate all the requirements for the Corporate Event Management Processes.- Modification of Service Now codes and correct errors to maintain current BCBS environment after implementation.
