Responsibilities/Objectives:
„X Directs & coordinate activities of the Electrical Design Engineering Department to design, manufacture, and test electronic components, products, and power supply systems.
„X Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluations for Electrical Design Engineers.
Education Required:
„X Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar discipline.
Background Required:
„X Experience with electrical/electronic systems & circuit board design, thermal modeling, power factor correction, high frequency transformers, components, project management, and design/layout/CADD required. Knowledge of switch mode power supply design (1000 watt or greater) highly desired.
„X ISO, failure analysis, ERP/MRP systems, word processing, spreadsheets, UL & CE compliance and Internet experience preferred.
„X Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership ability, strong work ethic and proven success in working as a cross-functional team member.
