The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the entire project lifecycle which includes project initiation through implementation and closure. He or she will ensure that projects are properly defined, budgeted, approved, planned, documented, resourced, scheduled, integrated, supervised and completed. Responsibilities1.Project Initiation and Analysis*Oversees requirements gathering with IT and business using best-practice facilitation methods and documentation standards*Develops Project Charter and Cost Benefit Analysis.*Oversees requirements gathering and documentation of detailed Business Requirements.*Identifies, evaluates and recommends appropriate organizational, process, and system changes in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders *Emphasizes and supports documentation and project management rigor *Ensures projects are approved, funded, integrated, and in line with IT strategy*Participates in negotiating vendor agreements and contracts related to project.2.Project Management*Manages all aspects of project, including budget, timeline, scope, quality and customer expectations.*Develops, monitors and updates project plans.*Identifies, clarifies and manages project issues.
