Application Support Manager for our IT Department located in our downtown Denver operations center. Manages support staff for the application systems analyst team. Interfaces directly with software and hardware vendors as necessary. Assists IT Support and Development Manager in the alignment of software solutions with the business initiatives of the organization.Essential Functions:* Responsible for the daily support of customers with technical issues, including identification, resolution, escalation, referral and follow up.* Responsible for the management of application systems analyst staff including but not limited to scheduling, overseeing work assignments, follow up on completion, annual performance reviews.* Coordinates the installation and updates of 3rd party of the shelf software including thorough end user testing.
