Job Description:
Major Duties: Provide in-depth reporting on team efficiencies with respect to various projects and schedules using various tools including automation. Identification of Best In Class methods and procedures needed to support overall growth plans with respect to testing and automation. Candidate must be able to work across peer teams and accurately define, measure, and evaluate employee performance against individual, group, and company goals. Must be able to administer Comcast HR and personnel guidelines. Escalate critical issues to management and third parties which may jeopardize deployment or stabilization of Comcast VOD. Clear and effective verbal and written communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills; capable of writing recommendations, RFPs, and interacting with company personnel on complex topics; make presentations to an internal audience and interacting positively with senior management. Must have strong, independent problem solving skills; must be self-directedTraining and coaching skills are required. Travel as necessary.
