Job Description:
Well established, long-term client is in search of a Staff Accountant to join their lean accounting team. In this role, you will work directly under the Controller. To be considered for this position, you must have a 4 year accounting degree and at least 2 years relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include A/R, A/P, collections, payroll, cost accounting, month-end/year-end closing and international banking. It is the intent of the Controller to groom the person in this role to be the Assistant Controller and eventually will supervise other accounting staff.
