Job Description:
Lead Quality Assurance Program. Maintain or manage maintenance of project records, including but limited to Inspectors Daily Reports, processing and timely resolution of RFIs, documentation of existing conditions, shop drawing logs, project correspondence, and contractor payments, etc. Assist in evaluation of Contractors initial schedule and monthly updates. Analyze contractor's proposals for time and cost impacts. Assist in review and resolution of field issues. Participate in the evaluation and negotiation of claims or scope change. Liaison with Project Team.
