Lead productivity, and institutionalize the productivity mindset throughout the N.A. Supply Chain. Lead the design and roll out of Six Sigma, Loss Analysis and other Industrial Engineering programs. Introduce best practices across the Supply Chain, set perfoamance targets and goals, manage communications, builds a continuous improvement program, and benchmark key indicators across the NA network. Challenge plant management teams to sustain and own local improvement efforts.Principal Accountabilities 1.30% - Lead a cross functional team in the development and implementation of the CUSA Supply Chain TDC roadmap. Identify and secure cross functional resources (Procurement, R&D, Pkg Dev) to support the improvement initiatives.2.25% - Provides strategy, vision and leadership network wide in the implimentation of six sigma, loss analysis and other improvement initiatives and manages overall program progress.
