Job Description:
Creates and manages all plant technical expense budgets and works with Corporate Engineering to deliver the capital budget. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, facility/equipment/production systems maintenance, storeroom management environmental, plant energy utilization, OEE performance, local capital planning and deployment, and key technical contact/leader for Corporate Engineering capital deployment. Position Responsibilities Develops and deploys overall plant technical strategies and tactics focused on operations, safety, energy usage, engineering projects, maintenance and stores improvement, ConAgra Performance System (CPS), and OEE programs that improve the plant performance.
