Job Description We seek an Internal Auditor/Business Continuity Manager for our four item processing sites in the United States and abroad. In this role, you will understand and manage risk on audits and reviews train staff and assess performance for year-end audits review operational and technology processes for assessment of business risk, internal controls and efficiency manage the evaluation and testing of business processes and business controls and identify areas of risk review current SAS 70 audit procedures, add prcesses that are sensitive but not included in the current draft, and eliminate those that do not add value lead the development and implementation of Business Recovery and Continuity Plans for four operations sites in U.S. and abroad ensure that clients' confidential data are secured at all times ensure that back-up capabilities are in place for operations sites including system, facility, hardware and software develop monthly audits to ensure that all security, quality and safety controls are in place and followed precisely develop monthly test of DRP to ensure funtionality of the plan and take steps to resolve exceptions develop fire drill plans and test periodically develop and implement evacuation plans, including visual maps to the emergency exits consult with local officials, including fire marshals, to train staff for emergency preparedness. Required Skills To qualify for this position, you must have: experience in interacting effectively with all levels of an organization excellent organizational skills a task-oriented work philosophy with a direct and tactful approach in dealing with your colleagues and employees excellent verbal and written communication at least three years os experience in Disaster Recovery Planning and implementation experience in SAS 70 audit and business security compliance a bachelor's degree in Business or related field experience performing financial, operational, and system audits, as well as business process control reviews.
