Maximize the company revenue potential through the development of new online advertising opportunities and the improvement of existing sales strategies. Leveraging the company brand position as the industry leader. Will be incentivized to attain aggressive yet achievable sales goals. Develop new sales and partnership opportunities. Monitor and forecast all saleable inventories. Assemble and manage an effective and motivated sales team. Develop and execute successful sales strategies and programs. Maintain accounts and client relationships. Create and Manage media kits, rates and sales materials. Monitor campaign delivery, fulfillment and effectiveness. Create and maintain ad sales reports. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise all personnel necessary to accomplish the essential duties and responsibilities of this position including ad sales executives, production personnel and administrative assistants. Education and/or Experience: Must have a Bachelors Degree in Business or Communications and/or five years of related experience with a proven track record. Personnel management experience, internet sales experience and motorcycle industry experience is highly desired. Optimal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented and must be willing to travel.
