Responsibilities(include but are not limited to the following): Supervises Accounts Payable Clerks to ensure effective distribution and timeliness of work. Resolves vendor problems and answers other telephone calls.Monitors and tracks payroll hours, overtime hours and dollars. Assists in developing A/P processes and procedures.Ensures associates follow proper company policy and department procedures.Assists in training new associates.Job Requirements: Previous supervisory experience preferred.Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred.Strong background and knowledge in General ledger Accounting procedures preferred.
