Job Description:
This position involves advising multinational U.S. companies as well as emerging fast growth companies, both start-ups and middle market, on the U.S. tax implications of their domestic operations to obtain an optimal tax minimization strategy. You will have an opportunity to network extensively with existing and prospective clients, to assume a high degree of responsibility and exposure within the firm, as well as the opportunity to concentrate your efforts on corporate tax consulting and tax planning issues. You will also be responsible for providing industry knowledge and technical expertise to our clients.Requirements:Strong technical tax background as a result of five to eight years experience advising multinational U.S. companies on their domestic tax strategy. Experience in corporate tax research, consulting and compliance in a professional services firm, industry, or government agency. Demonstrated ability to identify tax consulting opportunities. Willingness to market services to existing and prospective clients. Ability to manage, develop and retain a team of tax professionals.
