Ensure competence and continuity of qualified customer loyalty specialists through optimum selection, training and development, appraisal and motivation techniques. Ensure high level of customer service staffing levels through efficient scheduling and adjustment to meet peak service demands. Provide guidance and/or help to customer loyalty specialists in resolution of difficult subscriber questions and/or problems. Monitor employee performance and service to customers. Review, verify and request refund and/or adjustment requests. Ensure achievement of all system, team and individual Customer Service sales and retention goals and standards. Communicates sales, marketing and retention programs to staff. Responsible for administrative aspects including reporting, time sheets, schedule adherence, etc. Creates and maintains personnel files as required. Performs other related duties as assigned. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.2 years call center customer service experience, 1 year call center supervisor experience preferred.Customer Retention experience preferred.Extensive computer knowledge including billing programs (ICOMS/CSG desired) and Excel. Excellent written & verbal communications skills and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills. Ideal candidates must be highly motivated and enjoy working in a challenging call center environment. Must be able to handle difficult situations in a professional manner and build employee loyalty.
