Job Description:
We are currently seeking fulltime and parttime Customer Service Supervisors to perform the following: Responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and potential members of the Clear Program Responsible in assisting in the daytoday supervision of Clear Customer Service Attendants, including training and coaching. Responsible for updating Clear Customer Service Attendants on Clear program announcements and communications Responsible for writing and delivering annual performance evaluations for Clear Customer Service Attendants Responsible for promoting teamwork and for reinforcing the expectations for outstanding customer service Responsible for resolving disputes between employees, customers, and/or airport/airline officials in an objective manner Responsible for accurately complying with established daily operational procedures, to include the dissemination and administration of forms and paperwork Additional Responsibilities for staff assigned or to airport locations (Clear does not currently have airport locations in Atlanta o Managing checkpoint entry and permitting access only to qualified members o Verifying Clear members at the Clear lane o Managing throughput at the checkpoint in order to provide maximum queue organization and expediency o Maintaining proper access control to the checkpoint, which may include a denial of service in rare cases o Assisting members with their personal belongings as they divest prior to TSA screening and revest after TSA screening EOE/M/F/D/V Requirements: Minimum Qualifications A High School Diploma or GED Must pass a drug screen and background check Must be eligible for employment in the United States Hospitality, sales, and/or marketing experience is required A professional, friendly demeanour Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience supervising an hourly workforce EOE M/F/D/V Physical/Job Requirements Must be able to stand for complete shifts Must be able to operate efficiently in a busy, noisy, fast paced airport environment
