Customer Service Managers partner with the Store Management Team to interview, select and hire Associates, use Stein Mart training and development resources to develop job skills, and provide information and demonstrate skills to help others learn. Customer Service Managers assist in minimizing loss of company assets and contribute to creating a safe and clean store environment, and serve as a Manager on Duty by providing store leadership during a closing shift.
