Lead project delivery at client sites following project methodologies Lead and participate in efforts to attract new business and manage and grow existing accounts. Help drive the structuring and execution of project work streams Build analytical models to simulate or forecast business problems and results Conduct or direct the sound completion of project teams' work Effectively communicate project findings, conclusions and recommendations with peers and clients Participate in client meetings to review analytical approaches and interpret results Participate in client presentations Build client relationshipsPosition Specific Requirements: Understanding of project management principles and processes Understanding of several core functions within a Life & Annuities and/or Property Casualty insurance operation, e.g.: Sales and distribution Product Development Underwriting Customer service Demonstrated experience in at least several key business transformation areas preferred
