Job Description: Job Summary/Scope (a brief summary of the purpose of the position):
To work within the sales and administration team meeting all sales order related deadlines and providing exceptional customer service within the Canadian market place. Assist in the process of the sales cycle; from order entry, invoicing, and shipping follow-up with the customer. Working with the customers and sales team to prove all RA related items in a timely and efficient manner. Working with accounting department to investigate and provide any back-up information they may require.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily • Fielding customers request and inquiries • Quiksilver, Roxy, & DC invoicing • Order entry • Order maintenance (any changes that are required to OC’s: changes in quantities, discounts, extending cancel dates and basic order maintenance) • Force requests • Submitting daily order release request to A/R • SHR’s (investigating, following up and processing) • Credit/Debit authorization forms (once SHR has been completed) • Warranty RA’s (entering and providing RA’s number for Quiksilver customers) • Returned/Refused orders (working with Sales Representatives and customers to finalize refused or returned orders) Weekly • Circulating open order report (two parts: mass cancellations/order extensions with comments) • Following-up and finalizing any outstanding SHR’s • Following-up and finalizing any outstanding RA related issues • Allocation reports/force reports • Allocation maintenance for over booked items • Item adjustments (substitutions etc.)
Monthly • Running mass cancellations (manually by customer) • Cleaning up order files
