Vice President 200K PLUS STOCK OPTIONS/RELO
Research & Development
General responsibilities:
The VP for R&D will lead the development of cell based diagnostic products, including product specification, costing, design, verification, validation, registration (UL/CE) in an ISO 13485, FDA regulated environment. S/he will manage, mentor and guide the R&D team through development and clinical trials and increase the number of products in development over the next several years. The VP for Research & Development is reporting to the Chief Technology Officer.

Product Conception and Definition:
• Collaborate with VP Business Development, VP Biology, VP Quality & Regulatory Affairs, VP Operations and Chief Technology Officer to define product specification, then select and provide strategic direction to internal or external development teams to provide optimal tactical solutions to the required value proposition.
• Interface with clinical laboratories, doctors and hospitals to understand customer requirements and critical product features. Gather and document medical product specifications.
