The Senior Financial Analyst position is responsible for supporting the Controller in all aspects of analysis, reporting and modeling. These areas can include overhead and G&A rates, inventory, capital expenses, overall metrics, and the development of financial statements and tools for management use inside the business. Additionally, it is expected that there will be a significant amount of ad hoc reporting and analysis to support decision making. This role can also allow an individual to take on program control responsibilities on a permanent or temporary basis as new programs come online.
Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities include:
' Creating and maintaining schedules for data availability
' Collecting data by actively following up with appropriate contacts within the organization
' Developing new models as required
' Tracking actuals
' Updating estimates and forecasts
' Gathering information required to explain variances
' Organizing and maintaining local financial records, forms and policy documents
' Ad hoc assignments as required
The Senior Financial Analyst will take on ownership of projects to help develop financial infrastructure under the guidance of the Controller.

U. S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED
- MUST HAVE or BE ABLE TO OBTAIN SECRET CLEARANCE
- Experience with EVMS reporting tools preferred.
- 5-10 years of financial analysis experience preferably in the defense industry.
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Our ideal candidate MUST come out of the defense industry. While we have seen excellent candidates from other industries, EVMS is a MUST.
