They are seeking experienced, polished, and professional Ticketing Officers for their Saddlebrook, NJ location. They offer a competitive basic salary

Ticketing Officers are employed for their experience and customer service skills. All undergo a rigorous training program so that their product knowledge is second to none.
Continuous training and educational visits to featured destinations allow our Ticketing Officers to provide first hand knowledge on chosen destinations.
The Company’s website is developed by its own in-house development team, using the latest Microsoft technologies, to provide a simple, intuitive and safe approach to booking a vacation. They also use the Amedaus GDS.
Scope and Purpose:
The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for issuing tickets, handling returns and all other ticket related issues. Will be qualified to Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) standards
Duties and Responsibilities
Issue all tickets, MPDs, vouchers etc as needed Assist the call centre staff with air related issues Assist the customer with air related issues Create and maintain various reports as directed by the manager Have completed Fares and ticketing levels 1 and 2 Perform other related duties as required
Job Requirements: Knowledge and Skills
Possession of High School Diploma or GED equivalent Successful completion of fares and ticketing levels 1 and 2 Experience with Amadeus system preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve Ability to work in a team and show flexibility Knowledge of Excel and Word Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
