Ensure IES's compliance with appropriate professional standards and codes of ethics; provide daytoday personnel supervision and guidance; conduct performance reviews for all IES staff; prioritize the IES work plan to maximize utilization of budgeted human and financial resources; g) Represent the Organization on matters related to oversight; coordinate with the External Auditor to ensure maximum effectiveness and eliminate duplication of effort; h) Represent the Organization at various meetings within the UN common system, and with Member State governments and professional organizations; collaborate with other UN System agencies on oversight of programs of mutual interest; i) Submit a summary report at least annually to the Director with a copy to the External Auditor on IES's activities, including the orientation and scope of such activities; prepare reports on IES activities for presentation at PAHO's Governing Body meetings; j) Perform other related oversight and evaluation functions, as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: A bachelor's and a Master's degree from a recognized university, in public or business administration, accounting, finance or other related area plus professional certification in auditing such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Accountant (CA).
