Job Description:
Ensure that client approved schedules are implemented properly with the assistance of the Assistant Media Planner (AMP). Communicate the status of projects to direct report(s), management and client(s) on a daily basis. The Breakdown Responsibilities include but are not limited to Assisting in annual planning of Upfront Broadcast Recommendation (Network/Cable/Sports, Spot TV) and OutofHome Recommendation (launches), Assist with in strategic development of Media and Sports Landscape, Competitive Analysis, Program/Cable Network Analysis, and Reach & Frequency recommendations, Ensures accurate implementation and stewardship of client business, Assist Media Supervisor and Associate Media Director with development of Buying Guidelines for National/Spot TV and for OutofHome Ensures accuracy of Donovan goals, guidelines, and client authorization through review process for annual Upfront Broadcast Buying Guidelines, OutofHome buying guidelines, and Network/Cable quarterly options, Coordinate with agency counterparts to ensure proper implementation of TV schedules (allocations), OOH (allocation/postings).
