Cisco seeks a Territory Account Manager MUST HAVE SOLD VOICE PRODUCTS. Responsible for direct management of multiple accounts within territory to includemarketing of Cisco hardware/software/service offerings. Responsibilities also include customer satisfaction, and overall accountability for business growth within account base. Strong skills in prospecting, replacing an incumbent, and protecting the installed base is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of a process for managing a territory as well as for managing large accounts, including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, shortterm, midterm, and longterm opportunity management essential. Strong skills and experience in working with Channel Partners. Experience with team selling approach a must. Must have the ability to deliver business value to customers and build on customer relationships. Strong technical and business knowledge with complimentary skills to understand the customers business drivers and align to Cisco solution essential.Experience in engaging resources including the BUs to drive sales necessary. Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy. Position end to end solutions and articulate primary vendor strategies to senior customer executives is essential. Must be an aggressive selfstarter with ability to build executive relationships, articulate Cisco product and business strategies, and creat the demand and close deals. Must have threefive years of direct selling experience in similar types of accounts. Ability to demonstrate sound knowledge of Cisco products/solutions in IP space, to include voice, security, IP, Storage and Wireless markets
