Manages the client relationship and are the customer's advocate to the entire organization. Interfaces with internal departments to ensure support functions are promptly performed. Manages larger account relationships and serves as the main contact for the client(s). Larger sites are generally identified as sensitive or in need of high level of competence by management due to their time on CSG's system, technical complexity or other sensitivity issues. Responsible for complex projects and serves as a resource to other less experienced Account Representatives. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. Typically 4 years related work experience. Ideal skills include: Excellent issues management skills. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to nontechnical and technical clients. Ability to travel to site locations to assist clients with conversions and project related assignments.
