This is a challenging position and requires travel on a worldwide basis. This companys current and target clients consist of hightech manufacturers, software developers and related industry associations. The successful candidate will have a record of success selling into the target markets.Responsibilities:Sell and service tradeshow services into the target industries Prospect, qualify, develop and close new accountsLeverage existing industry contacts and supplier referencesConvert qualified sales leads into highly valued longterm repeat customersManage a small (1 3) project team of Account Executives and Account ManagersWork independently with a minimum amount of supervisionAchieve sales targets and maximize account growthProvide creative selling solutions to customer needsWork with C level clienteleDemonstrate effective sales planning & documentation practicesOngoing Account Management postacquisitionQualifications:At least 3 to 5 years of tradeshow services/management salesProven track record of sales success into the hightech industryStrong hunter profile, with a passion for prospecting and closing new businessSolid major account experience requiring longterm relationship building
