Job Description:
Leads, coordinates, and assists the activities of an assigned group of exercise controllers and data collectors in support of assigned exercises and experiments for GHMD UAS. Provides subject matter expertise to the exercise and experimentation team and the Fleet participants for the conduct of the exercise. - Interface with customers in an assigned area to determine specific exercise/experiment objectives and requirements- Derive and develop objectives, scenario, schedule, dissemination architecture, ensure proper manning, and write after action reports on the exercise/experiment to be forwarded up the test and evaluation chain, to the PMA, and beyond. - Work with the fleet on ground-floor development of new experimental techniques to get the right data to the right node at the right time.- Work with the contractor, and government to ensure all scheduling, airspace, etc. is coordinated and all participants understand their roles and responsibilities.
