Job Description:
Lead, train, and develop the engineering and construction teams which includes approximately 35 employees. *Own and lead multiple projects and the overall performance of engineering and maintenance in multiple fulfillment centers and management of capital budgets. *Assure work is completed according to plan and with a consistent focus on 'Think Customer First'. *Ensure continuity of service through staff development, feedback, and leadership. *Assure integrity of plant performance by implementing best practices guided by company metrics to exceed established goals. *Assure FCC compliance in all areas; maintain federal, state and company required records and reports. *Keep leadership team informed of all issues affecting engineering and technical operations in a timely manner. *Openly and consistently communicate engineering business plans throughout Area operation on a timely basis. *Perform other related duties as assigned.*Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance. Minimum Requirements B.S. degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent work experience.Minimum 10 year\'s experience in technical operations in a progressively responsible leadership role to include demonstrated ability in developing people, cost analysis, capital budget, operations management, project management and excellent communication skills. Cable or telecommunications industry experience preferred.
