Job Description:
Responsibilities: Project management and Owner's representative Day-to day responsibility for projects from design through completion of construction and close-out Manage the multi-disciplinary team and represent the Owner's interest Provide technical support, project budgeting, value engineering and scheduling Interface with architects, client, staff, contractor, consultants and vendors Solicit, prepare and review bid documents and negotiate consultant contracts Maintain a positive Team and client relationship and facilitate conflict resolution Requirements: Associate's degree in a relevant engineering discipline is preferred Technical/Vocational high school diploma/equivalent Minimum of 7-10 years experience in maintenance/operations of facilities or utilities with applicable skilled trade requirements Minimum of 5 years experience implementing maintenance repair activities in a process and building services environment in the pharmaceutical industry Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and outside contractors, architects, and engineers Experience as a journeyman engineer level with strong skills in building automation systems, life safety systems, electrical distribution systems and Microsoft Office Experience with planning and scheduling of maintenance activities Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Start a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
