Candidate must possess at least 2 years experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer in an up-scale 150+ room full-service hotel. Candidate will be responsible for repairs and maintenance and must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, etc. as needed. HVAC certification required.
