Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, deploying and administering Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange technologies as well as upgrading, patching and troubleshooting those technologies in Reston, and remotely on a 7x24x365 basis. This individual will also be responsible for integrating the Windows Active Directory with the Network Operations Center ??s monitoring software and ensuring its proper operation. Also will serve as the primary interface with the vendor technical support team and if needed, the government client. The individual will also serve as the first line of Tier 4 support for end-user issues. Also, may supervise the activities of, and give daily direction to, junior staff. Required Experience:  ? A minimum of four years progressively responsible IT experience directly related to the Position Description.  ? A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
