This is a great opportunity!11 month contractAct as project manager or project lead for technology infrastructure distributed systems projects with emphasis on Open Systems (UNIX, AIX, Linux and Windows), Information Security and Network infrastructure projects. Identify deliverables and milestones, assemble and direct project team, track deliverables, identify risks, escalate to management when necessary, provide status to customers and management. Project manage &/or write Statements of Work &/or High Level Estimates for Global Processing Services (GPS) FY08 in plan or proposed FY08 technical infrastructure projects (GISP, TOC, Intl Mgmt., etc.) &/or coordinate GPS deliverables for Technology Solutions projects using Project Management Methodology and GPS's Project Support Process. Responsible for all aspects of Project Management: project initiation, detailed project planning, project execution & control, project closure, production integration & service activation. Ensure compliance with Project Management Methodology.
