Job Description:
Collaborate and Consult with Instructional Writers, Client Representatives, and Subject Matter Experts in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and performance improvement solutions. Serve as the Design Project Manager and principle consultant with the client and project team in the overall design and delivery of the training solution. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.) * Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Education or equivalent * Minimum 3 years experience in the instructional system design and project management of training programs. * Proven experience in writing detailed technical documentation, to include Request for Quote (RFQ), Design Documents * Proven strong working knowledge of the instructional systems design process, adult learning strategies, needs assessment, and performance measurement * Proven proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project or Time Tracking software * Demonstrated strong interpersonal, consulting/client management, negotiation and collaboration skills. Capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.
