Description: We currently have an opening for a Risk Manager. The successful candidate will possess outstanding organization skills, be able to plan, direct, and coordinate corporate control, risk funding, and insurance program. In addition, the employee must have a thorough knowledge of construction safety procedures. Minimum Requirements: Educational and experience requirements include: Bachelors degree in Business/Risk Management/Construction Management plus minimum 3-years experience related to business, insurance, loss prevention, etc. or 5-years experience directly related to construction contracting, risk analysis, and bonding. Extensive knowledge of loss prevention procedures and techniques, contract law, litigation process, doctrine of negligence, worker’s compensation laws, surety markets, bond execution procedures, and financial analysis is required.
