Job Description:
This position is an entry-level position responsible for learning to independently manage, evaluate, and implement construction projects for a portfolio of up to forty (40) properties. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 to 4 years construction management experience or 5 years experience in the role of Facility Maintenance management and computer literacy/spreadsheet proficiency required. Ability to verbally express the daily activities of the job to peers and management. Able to write basic progress reports. Ability to perform basic mathematical equations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to work on multiple tasks with varying deadlines. Extensive travel required.
