This position is at the Foothills Branch in Maryville Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-6 Duties and Qualifications: Assist in and support all aspects of Branch Management. As a member of the sales team, drive branch sales results through direction, leadership and execution of desired behaviors and activities by branch staff and contribute through individual sales and relationship management. Provide on-going coaching to other branch team members to ensure consistent delivery of superior customer service; compliance with all operational procedures and risk management policies and effective execution of the Branch Operating Model. Act as 'manager on duty' in Branch Manager's absence.
