Soapstone Networks is focused on developing solutions which will render some of today\'s networking technologies obsolete and which will enable carriers and service providers to deploy and provision next generation IP based services in a way which maximizes their revenues and minimizes their operating expenses. Carrier networks are undergoing unprecedented transformations! Customers are not interested in a technology that solves next year\'s problem, today they want to solve today\'s problem. Our design methodology is based on agile/extreme programming to enable us to target new markets without a massive new re-planning cycle. The product architecture is extremely modular with independent plug-ins that allows customization and/or retargeting. As the QA Manager you will report directly to the Director of QA and manage a highly technical staff of 10+ SQA Engineers who are working in an automated environment. Responsibilities: Conducting Test Plan reviews Helping drive the overall iterative process of Test Plan authoring, Test Implementation, Test Execution, and Results Publishing Test requirements and analysis, monitoring/analyzing test results, collecting test metrics and conducting test reporting Designing and developing automation test scripts, to include functional as well as performance and capacity test scripts In-depth troubleshooting of problems found during the execution of test cases and automation scripts Drive implementation of quality metrics and test automation Communicate crucial information efficiently to stakeholders and team members across the company Supervising of team of automation engineers and mentoring at all levels Skills.
