Job Description:
Performs independent appraisals, analyses, and observations, and makes recommendations relating to technical, systems and process solution architectures, migration strategies and strategic provider relationships and service arrangements Provide solutions to the client to ensure innovation opportunities are properly captured and recognized and giving predictable costs for those services. Making recommendations as to governance methods to facilitate implementation of the enterprise architecture, ensure compliance with the architecture, and handle exceptions to that compliance. Build and maintain effective working relationships with the client decision-makers, implementing teams and program users. Ensure projects reach project milestones, objectives and maintains the profitability and relationship with the client. Supports Phase One Consulting Group mission statement and company values and demonstrates them to project team. Manage the day-to-day activities of any subordinates that may join the team.
