A company providing architecture and civil engineering services seeks a Project Manager with 4+ years’ experience in project management. The candidate will lead a design team in production of prototypical store roll out and maintenance and/or development of prototypes. Duties will include client contact, site feasibility studies, management of team work assignments and quality review of projects. Will also assist in proposal preparation. The candidate should have Four-year degree in architecture or comparable practical experience. Should have experience in restaurants/retail and roll out project types. Experience should include client management, direction of production teams and sub-consultants. Should be capable of conducting field investigations of as-built conditions, preparing site feasibility reports, conducting code analysis, and complying with ADA requirements for accessibility.
